1. Download the Cover Sheet and Directions PDF document above.
2. Download the WBRFAE Application PDF document above.
3. Using your WBR account, go to kamiapp.com.
4. Click Login (upper right-hand corner).

4. Click Login (upper right-hand corner).
5. Login with Google. Note: Accept the Kami connections for the Google App.
6. Click Open File, go to my computer and upload the PDF Cover Sheet and/or Application document. This will populate the document in Kami.
7. Go to the Text option (left-hand side).
8. Click on each box to type in the requested information.
9. Once you have completed all of the requested information, use the down arrow at the upper-right hand side of the menu bar to explore the completed grant to a PDF document. Note: Make sure you are downloading a copy with annotations. Click Flatten Annotation then click Begin Export. Rename your PDF document before downloading.
10. Save on your computer.
11. Open and print out the required copies. Make sure to obtain all of the required signatures before submitting the application.
